Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Returns Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. If you need to return a product, please contact our customer service to obtain the correct return address. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
For the clothings as the items are unique and produced only once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
Please note that personalized or custom items are not eligible for return. If the return is due to consumer reasons, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. However, if the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, we will cover the shipping fee. There will be no restocking fee charged for returns.
Refunds Policy:
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds Policy:
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay. Next, contact your bank to inquire about the status of the refund. If you have completed all of these steps and have not received your refund, please contact us at help-desk@pandaize.com.
