After your order is verified, we will send you a confirmation email. While we cannot cancel orders during the handling process, we will do our best to communicate with you via email or phone to find a suitable solution.

Processing for Ground shipments takes 2-3 business days, after which we will ship your order using standard express. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, with estimated delivery times ranging from 7-15 business days. If your address is in a remote area, delivery may take up to 20-30 days.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery dates are estimated and subject to external factors such as weather conditions or flight arrangements. If you have any issues with delivery, please contact our Customer Service team within 45 days of the order date.
